When it came time for Mountain Dew to refresh their “DO THE DEW” word mark, they came to Motive for a fresh perspective.
Mountain Dew sought out a variety of approaches ultimately selecting one of my directions seen here. My intention – create a clean and bold mark that read quickly and would easily break through the visual clutter surrounding millennials these days. The mark needed to be flexible to work both stacked and horizontally as a hashtag; while allowing the use of either Mountain Dew product or the Mountain Dew logo to be connected as well.
